Lokimo carries out a monthly survey on the real estate market in Vence as well as in different cities in France. In Vence, as of December 1, 2024, the median sales price was €5,153/m². The latest readings for the index show an increase of 8.7% for the past quarter, while over a year, we see growth of 4%. Analysis of the real estate index over the last 36 months also reveals a notable change in prices, with an increase of 12.7%.
