The Place Rémi Petit in Montmirail will once again be at the heart of the end-of-year celebrations.
Entertainment, ice rink and Christmas market
The festivities begin this Friday November 29with the launch of the city illuminationsthe arrival of the elves and the entertainment. The meeting is set for 5:45 p.m. Mulled wine and apple juice, also hot, will be offered by the city.
The next day, the Saturday November 30the Telethon will take place on the square from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The program of the day for the benefit of research against genetic diseases is rich: Velothon and tractothon, popular demonstration by firefighters, exhibitions, demonstration and introduction to radio-controlled cars, sale of cookies and express raffle.
The Saint-Martin Ranch will offer a small meal from its chalet, when other activities will brighten up the day.
It is still on Place Rémi Petit that the ice rink will await those who want to try their hand at skating. She opens her doors from this Saturday, November 30 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 5:45 p.m., and Tuesday December 24 at 11 a.m., to wait for Christmas together, residents are expected with the elves to various and varied activities which will end each time with dances, rounds, songs and crazy farandoles.
