Kate Middleton: for Christmas, she makes a crucial decision with William and Charles after her fight against cancer

It’s a difficult year coming to an end for the British royal family. At the start of 2024, the Crown was shaken by two terrible announcements: that of Charles III’s cancer at the beginning of February, then that of Kate Middleton’s cancer on March 20. Since then, the King of England and the Princess of Wales have both been battling the disease. A particularly difficult ordeal, which makes them see life from a new angle.

For this reason, the royals’ end-of-year celebrations are looking a little different this year. According to exclusive information from the Mirror, Kate Middleton recently made the decision, in agreement with her husband, to join King Charles III and Queen Camilla for Christmas Eve. A way for their family to stick together after what Prince William called “the most difficult year of his life“.

William, Kate and their children will attend Sandringham Christmas mass

In addition to attending the December 24 festivities, Kate Middleton confirmed that his family will be present at the traditional Christmas mass, scheduled for the morning of December 25 at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham. A way, again, of standing together with King Charles III against the illness which affected them both.

This year, the sovereign is planning a special Christmas Eve at Sandringham Palace, in Norfolk, in the presence of a large part of the family. He actually sent out many invitations.

According to The MirrorCharles III would be very eager to receive his family and celebrate Christmas. “The king is already in the Christmas spirit, recently confided a source close to the royal family, he’s already getting into the mood.
