15th “100% Côte-d’Or know-how” approval committee – 500 approved, 5 years of existence and excellence!

500 approved restaurateurs, producers and artisans, 21 ambassador chefs, the “Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or” brand continues to grow and evolve. This momentum was confirmed during the 15th accreditation committee, which was held at the Hostelerie de la Tour d'Auxois, in the presence of the 21st Chef-ambassador Louis-Philippe Vigilant, this Wednesday.

The “Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or” brand is truly anchored in the daily life of Côte-d’Oriens. A real factor in identifying the product with consumers, it guarantees them access to local, quality products throughout the territory, in the city and in the countryside. The brand is very popular among restaurateurs, producers and artisans, because of the values ​​it advocates: the development of local circuits, quality food, the recognition of know-how, etc.
In total, of the 53 files examined by the committee, 41 approvals were issued, 11 were withdrawn for cessation of activity, and 1 postponed, raising the bar to 500 approved in just 5 years of existence.
« Five years after the start of this adventure, we remain committed alongside the producers and artisans who make our region rich. We will continue to highlight their know-how to the Côte-d'Oriens », explains François Sauvadet, President of the Côte-d’Or Departmental Council.

Among the 21 Chef-ambassadorsfour were replaced by new ones, following their departure from their establishment:
– Kristina Morlot, chef of Kristina's Delights in Brazey-en-Plaine, first chef ambassador
– Thomas Braghi, chef of the Château de Sainte Sabine
– Spencer Magnin, chef of La Brasserie des Halles in Nolay
– Sebastien Myet, chef of Castel de Très Girard in Morey-Saint-Denis

Among the new approved ones, we find:
• The Côte-d'Or Chamber of Agriculture which receives approval for its own production from the market gardening center of the Côte-d'Or Department in Perrigny-lès-.
• The 90 BPM brewery. A dynamic micro-brewery located in Ahuy which offers Jondi blonde, a blonde beer with hops and malts from Côte-d'Or
• The Gilly by Delin halls in Gilly-lès-Citeaux which offer quality products
Côte-d'Or, cheeses from the Delin cheese dairy, Côte-d'Or, Nuiton, 100% Côte-d'Or milk but also meat and charcuterie from Côte-d'Or, mustard, crème de cassis…
• The Flore cow in Mulot and Petitjean gingerbread, an emblematic company of our Department which was founded in 1796 and which remains an independent family business, which promotes Dijon and Côte-d'Orien know-how.
