Anderlecht plays against Porto this Thursday evening in the Europa League. The purple supporters have made a very clear appeal.
Anderlecht have already been sanctioned following the actions of their supporters this season. During the meeting at Real Sociedad, purple fans were guilty of excesses.
The UEFA sanction was then strict: 3 European matches abroad without fans. Despite this, some Mauves supporters defied the ban during the match in Riga.
A few hours before the Europa League match against Porto, Anderlecht supporters decided to send a very clear message.
The Mauves Army has in fact asked not to throw cups on the pitch. “Because if you don’t like an aperitif, don’t disgust others. Because if you want to test your precision, go play darts in the café. Because no one wants the return of the nets in front of the tribune!”
“Because you risk (at a minimum) an IDS of 3 months and a fine of 250 euros Because 9 times out of 10, your cup ends up on the friend in front of you who didn’t ask for anything Because it’s just no use everything in fact…For all these reasons, stop throwing your cup towards the field!”, we can read.
