Region: Fabien Barboteu, new Aura regional director of LP Promotion

Based in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), the real estate development group appointed Fabien Barboteu a few days ago as director of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. His mission is now to participate in the deployment of LP Promotion's strategic plan, as well as the development of projects and teams. “I want to continue to learn and explore everything that the region offers and continue to develop major projects,” explains Fabien Barboteu, quoted in a press release. Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is a school of town planning and a laboratory of possibilities. »

During his career, he notably worked for the real estate company Gecina where he held the position of regional director Aura. He also worked for the Ginkgo investment fund (Edmond de Rotschild group) as director of real estate projects. Before joining LP Promotion, Fabien Barboteu worked for the consulting company he founded in June 2023: Barboteu Conseils.
