Steve Jobs’ yacht goes into winter quarters [photos]

Here we are in the last days of November, the end of year holidays are about to arrive for some of us, but it is still very warm in other parts of the world. Also, some continue to engage in a well-known activity on Mac4ever: tracking down the Venus!

Meanwhile in the Caribbean…

Finally Steve Jobs’ pleasure vessel is actively sailing in the waters of the Caribbean. Indeed, we can see it this week of side of the island of Saint Martin.

If you are in this part of the globe, you will have the chance to admire it, moored or sailing on the turquoise. We also thank our reader Florian, to whom we are giving a VIP month to thank him for his photos.

A legendary ship for rent

Let us remember that Steve Jobs’ yacht is easily recognizable by its very particular look designed by Philippe Starck and the former CEO of Appleeven if the latter did not have the opportunity to see it sail. It is indeed Laurene Powell Jobs who received it in 2012, shortly after the death of her husband.

Since then, it has been possible to rent it with a corresponding budget… Note that the 78 meter boat sails under flag of the Cayman Islands of the Caribbean, homeported in George Town.
