A 30-year-old Hawaiian woman disappeared in early November after missing a connection in Los Angeles while traveling to New York. 11 days later, her father, who was looking for her, was found dead.
On November 8, Hannah Kobayashi, a 30-year-old Hawaii resident, disappeared after missing a connection at the Los Angeles airport during a planned trip to New York.
A “trace” of the young woman was then spotted in a shopping center in Los Angeles. Venmo payments were sent to two people whose names the family does not know, reports the American media Los Angeles Times.
On November 10, a video was posted on YouTube. We see Hannah participating in an event organized in a store in the same shopping center.
In the last messages sent by the Hawaiian to a friend, we can see her concerns related to “identity theft and stolen funds”.
Authorities issued an alert while his family searched for clues.
After a two-week search, Hannah’s father, Ryan Kobayashi, was found dead in Los Angeles. “After tirelessly searching throughout Los Angeles for 13 days, Hannah’s father, Ryan Kobayashi, tragically took his own life. This loss greatly compounded the family’s suffering,” the family said in a statement.
Faced with these ordeals, the Kobayashi family wishes to continue the search to find Hannah.
