Gaming and connectivity: flawless

The G4 delivers excellence on the gaming side with its four HDMI 2.1 (48 Gbits/s) inputs, 144 Hz with VRR, and above all a record response time. Input lag goes down to 9.2 ms with Reinforcer mode enabled — the lowest on the market!

The connectivity is generous: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, three USB ports, antenna inputs, etc. The WebOS 24 interface brings its share of new features, including an Accessibility tile and the promise of four years of updates.

The sound remains the point of improvement of the whole. Despite a 60W 4.2-channel system and 11.1.2 virtualization, it lacks punch in action scenes. A soundbar is therefore strongly recommended to fully exploit the potential of the device.
