Among the best restaurants in the world, La Liste, a gastronomic ranking, highlighted the two Michelin star restaurant, Fleur de Loire, in Blois in Loir-et-Cher.
Chef Christophe Hay, already elected chef of the year 2021 by Gault et Millau, won the ethical & environmental responsibility prize in the local selection, which only takes into account French establishments.
This prize rewards a chef, restaurateur or group who “has implemented ethical, sustainable and supportive practices that have had an impact within their establishment or in their community”.
