The two boys, aged 15 and 16, suspected of the murder, on Saturday November 23, of Teddy, 40, in Blagnac, were received this Wednesday, November 26 by the judge of freedoms and detention. Already indicted, they were imprisoned.
Unsurprisingly, the two teenagers suspected of the murder, during the night from Friday to Saturday, in Blagnac, of a 40-year-old man, were taken into custody this Wednesday afternoon. At the end of their custody, they were indicted for “intentional homicide”.
Their lawyers, Sarah Nabet-Claverie, Alexandre Parra-Bruguière, Emmanuelle Franck, Alexandre Martin and Léna Yassfy, had requested a deferred debate before the judge of freedoms and detention.
As a result, they have just been incarcerated in different establishments designed to accommodate minors since these boys are only 15 and 16 years old. The investigation continues under the direction of an investigating judge and there are still numerous investigations to be carried out.
For now, it is established that the events took place in two stages. A first “general brawl” broke out, around 1 a.m., between a group of teenagers and adults including the victim.
A white march on Sunday
In bad shape, Teddy, the forty-year-old, fled but two teenagers chased him. The images filmed by the video surveillance cameras of the town of Blagnac do not allow us to see the moment when, in this second phase, the 40-year-old man received the stab wounds to which he succumbed.
He had been found, rue des Pâquerettes, by one of his alleged murderers. The latter had notified the firefighters and attempted to provide first aid to the victim. Many people still need to be heard.
Sunday, December 1, a white march is organized by Teddy’s relatives in Blagnac, between Place Catalogne and Place des Marronniers, from 2:30 p.m. “to pay tribute to Teddy” and “express our anger in the face of this violence” .
