In the Cougaing valley, everyone knows dear Bernard Campagna. Sixty-seven springs since he was born in the village and resides there except for a two-year interlude for a romantic getaway. Reality quickly caught up with him: his native village was his true love and his true passion, a return to his roots.
He spent his entire career as an agricultural worker, first with the local producer Pierre Rolland, then in La Digne-d'Aval, first with Louis Farges and then later with his son Pierre Louis, who took over continuation of the family business, the current president of the Sieur d'Arques cellars. The time to retire has come, but there is no question of remaining inactive. For twenty-two years he has presided over the destiny of La Tapageuse, the village pétanque club. He is also in his third term as municipal councilor, and for two decades has been the village's standard bearer out of passion and pride. He succeeded roadmender Louis Forte and since then, every August 15, he has fulfilled this mission with great joy.
An investment without counting your time for the well-being and well-being of Castelrengoises and Castelrengois.
