How Tarek Boudali had the idea to do Marry me buddy ?
The idea for this film came to Tarek Boudali when the law on marriage for all was in the process of being passed. “From there, I told myself that, if I was undocumented, I would have asked my best friend. And that's how I thought I could make a comedy out of it. I presented the idea to my friends to get their opinion – it's important to me – and they told me that it was a very good idea, that it was funny, so that reassured me and I I traced on the writing”he revealed before specifying: “I wrote alone at the beginning. Once I had almost the whole story, the characters, the different events that were going to happen, I surrounded myself with co-writers: Nadia Lakhdar, Khaled Amara and Pierre Dudan . And we finally wrote as a foursome.” Tarek Boudali will then experience other successes with 30 days max et 3 days max.
