Gard. A thirty-year-old takes all possible risks to flee the police for 7 km

In the middle of the night, around 1:20 a.m., Saturday November 23, police officersAlès (Gard) had to deal with a unconscious motorist. Aged a thirty yearsthe individual refused a check before increase the number of offenses.

Refusal to comply

At the wheel of his car, the young man was traveling at very lively pace. He refused to stop at a check carried out by police officers, committing a refusal to comply.

Shortly after, he brushed against a vehicle approaching him. Hunted by the police, the individual, aged 30continued on his way.

The police put almost 7 kilometers before intercepting it using the motor vehicle interception device (DIVA).

Once intercepted, the individual agreed to submit to drug and alcohol checks. The latter turned out to be positive. The motorist had a rate of 0,69 mg of alcohol/liter of exhaled air.

The driver now finds himself summoned to court for refusal to comply, endangering the lives of others and its drunk driving.
