Sohaib Teima is back in Italy.
And this since November 18. His lawyer learned of it several days after the extradition of the main suspect in the death of Auriane, this young Lyonnaise killed last spring in an abandoned church in Val d'Aosta.
However, Sohaib Teima, recently tried in Grenoble for acts of domestic violence prior to Auriane's death, was also due to appear before a court in Lyon before finally considering being handed over to the Italian authorities.
Indeed, the young man was expected in Lyon on December 12 to answer for acts of violence committed against security guards at a supermarket in the capital of Gaul where he had been arrested.
It therefore seems that Italian investigators had had enough of the slowness of French justice and decided to execute the European arrest warrant without further delay. It must be said that eight months have already passed between the alleged commission of the facts and the moment when Sohaib Teima will finally be able to be questioned.
