Like every month, Gran Turismo 7, a car racing game available exclusively on PlayStation, is entitled to an update bringing some new features, as well as various improvements and bug fixes.
This end of November is marked by the arrival of'a new update for Gran Turismo 7 (version 1.54). The latter is thus an opportunity for developers to offer various improvements regarding the very recent PS5 Pro.
On the program:
- Exploitation of PSSR (PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution) with better quality and better frame rate
- 8K support
- Using ray tracing for racing reflections
- Improved rendering in VR mode
- etc.
New cars
But this update, like the previous ones, also allows budding drivers to discover 5 new cars:
- Ford Escort RS Cosworth '92 (“Used Cars”)
- Mercedes-Benz W 196 R '55 (“Legendary Cars”)
- Porsche 911 Turbo S (992) '20
- Porsche Mission X ’23
- Suzuki Jimny Sierra JC '18
Finally, there is also added a new rim manufacturer (Rotiform), new circuits on which to compete Gran Turismo Sophy (Trial Mountain Circuit, Tokyo Expressway – East clockwise), new events (World circuits: Jimny Cup, Porsche Cup, Turbo Sports Race, etc.), or even new stickers for the livery editor.
