[En direct] Make visible and act against sexist and sexual violence against women with disabilities

On November 25, 2024, in resonance with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the Gironde department is organizing a time of discussion on gender-based and sexual violence against women with disabilities.

A time of conference and debate on the theme “Making visible and taking action against sexist and sexual violence against women with disabilities” will be organized, followed by a femmage ceremony for victims of feminicide on the Mériadeck slab, opposite the Hôtel du Département.

Your presence and support are essential to raise awareness and act against this violence which is a reality that is often invisible and neglected. Together, let’s make the voices of women and gender minorities heard and work for their protection and reconstruction.
