Employers tend to favor experienced candidates rather than capitalizing on the potential of young job seekers. Starting your career often means having to face numerous rejections. And each of these “no’s” is a blow to the self-confidence of job seekers. This is why Actiris set up the Stage First.
The program is already bearing fruit, with more than 300 employers welcoming one or more interns each year and 64% of young people having found a job following their Internship First. Actiris therefore wanted to capitalize on this success to boost the notoriety of Stage First among employers and young job seekers and convince them to register.

A double audience and a double objective for the campaign developed by Ogilvy Social.Lab, which positions Stage First as the first decisive YES for the careers of young job seekers. The entire campaign is based around YES with two parallel messages adapted to each target: one inviting candidates to obtain their first YES and the other encouraging employers to give it. To do this, the 2 audiences are redirected to the Actiris registration form and can therefore immediately take action.
Launched in two phases (awareness and traffic) in November and December, the campaign is available on Meta, LinkedIn, Teads, YouTube, Spotify and on several tram lines in Brussels. Other media only target employers, such as radio and magazine Trends.
