Longnan Economic Development Zone Takes Measures to Promote Employment

In recent years, the Longnan economic development zone, located at the foot of the southern slope of Mount Qinling, in the northwest province of Gansu, has strongly developed local industries, such as alcohol brewing, processing of agricultural products, or even biopharmaceutical products, relying on its green ecological resources. Some of its companies now sell their products on the international market, effectively contributing to the employment of the local population.

Data for the first three quarters of 2024 show that more than a hundred enterprises in the region generated a total industrial output value of 3.6 billion yuan, while the region's foreign trade reached 6. 52 million yuan.
