Under the terms of her requisitions held this Friday morning before the Var criminal court, Attorney General Estelle Bois required 20 years of criminal imprisonment against Julien B., accused of incestuous rape and gang rape, committed against his daughter then aged 13 to 15 between 2019 and 2021.
The representative of the prosecution asked the criminal court to attach this sentence to a two-thirds security period, as well as to pronounce the total withdrawal of parental authority over his two children who are still minors “so that Lara's mother (first name has been changed) does not have to deal with her daughter's rapist for the education of her other children.”
“Lara has experienced things she should never have had to endureshe added to the address of the accused. A father is not that. That’s not what love is.”
“She was just a sex object.”
Estelle Bois also requested 16 years of imprisonment against Yacine B. with a committal warrant. The sixty-year-old had had four sexual relations with Lara, the last of which, filmed, was particularly violent and degrading.
Yacine B. has always claimed not to have seen or known that Lara was minor. “He saw her face, but didn't look at her. In his eyes, she was just a sexual object.”
For two years, Lara had suffered rape, three to four times a week according to her, from her father but also from strangers whom Julien B. contacted via an Internet dating site.
The verdict will be rendered following the pleadings of the defense lawyers, Messrs Evrard and Mairet.
