Who are the Brindis d’or nominees?

Intended to reward “the most beautiful bullfighting initiatives and achievements of the year”, the Brindis d’or will be awarded this Monday, December 2, 2024, during a gala evening organized in Paris, in a theater on 10^e arrondissement.

For this first edition, ten Brindis d’or will be awarded. Two others will be offered to the sponsors of this event, Léa Vicens and Sébastien Castella, as a reward for their career in the arenas. A jury of 12 people was formed around Julien Lescarret in order to nominate 30 actors from the past bullfighting season.

Their names were then submitted for public consideration, between September 30 and October 31, with 4,000 votes recorded for the three prize categories proposed:

Golden toast of the fans

– Brindis youth: Happycionado / The Young Aficionados of the South-West / The aficionado school of the Union of bullfighting towns of France.

– Brindis communication : Culturaficion / Lexitoro / Tourist of France.

– Brindis culture: Arnaud Agnel / Les Avocats du Diable / Swan Soto.

Golden toast of the profession

– Livestock toast: Pagès-Mailhan / Robert Margé / Santiago Domecq.

– Matador toast: Morenito de Aranda / Clemente / Solal.

– Bullfighting toast: Marco Pérez / Nino Julian / Tristan Barroso.

– Toast cuadrilla : Rafael Viotti / Mathieu Guillon / Tomas Ubeda.
