Zapping Foot National Hugo Lloris: The big dates in blue

Now that's enough! This Tuesday, 3 Haut-de-France announced that a round table was held at the prefecture to address the increase in incivility in amateur football. The prefect brought together representatives of the football district, law enforcement, local elected officials and associations. This meeting follows the “weekend without football” organized at the beginning of November after several serious incidents, including 43 exclusions and 437 warnings in one weekend.

What changes will be made?

Faced with the increase in disciplinary cases, including 18 cases handled this season, an action plan was proposed, focused on prevention, support and repression. This plan includes the training of supervisors, strengthening of sanctions and increased control of club subsidies in the event of repeat offenses. The measures will be finalized by June 2024 with the aim of restoring a peaceful climate in amateur football in the region. As a reminder, last weekend, several people were victims of violence during an amateur football match.
