Weather – Isère on alert for wind, rain-flood and snow/ice!

A beautiful hat-trick!

Météo yesterday evening, Wednesday November 20, put Isère on orange alert for the wind which could experience violent gusts, but also on yellow alert for rain and flooding and on yellow alert also for snow/ice for Thursday November 21. Disturbances caused by the passage of the Caetano depression.

The snow precipitation which will arrive from - will extend to the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region and the north of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Isère will therefore be concerned.

We could even see a little snow on the plains and significantly more on the hills.

Still under the effect of this depression, violent winds will also sweep a large part of the country, including Isère.

We should see wind gusts generally around or exceeding 100 km/h in the departments on orange alert, with peaks around 110 km/h more occasionally.

On the reliefs we can reach 110 to 130 km/h on the Massif Central and even more than 150 km/h on the highest points of the Alps!
