While he appeared before the Lot-et-Garonne Criminal Court for the second day of his trial, Hervé Salfati did not appear at the hearing this Wednesday, November 20. As a reminder, the 66-year-old man is accused by his daughter Dawa Salfati of touching and rape from the ages of 12 to 17.

After going to his home in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, the police found his phone. The accused, defended by Me Jean-François Renaudie, was however not at the scene and has still not been found. The hearing was therefore suspended and an arrest warrant was issued against the defendant.
