It is a black Wednesday which is coming on the roads in Toulouse. From 7:30 a.m., Radio Vinci was already warning of significant slowdowns on November 20, 2024. In addition to the usual traffic jams, snail operations could increase the difficulties.

10:51 a.m. – The merchants demonstrating have left the airport

Mobilized this Wednesday morning at Toulouse- airport, the merchants demonstrating left the scene. Traffic has become much fluid again around the Pink City.

10:36 a.m. – Farmers from Aveyron will be in Toulouse

If the National Federation of Farmers' Unions (FDSEA) of Haute-Garonne does not announce any movement on its side for this Wednesday, the farmers of the Rural Coordination will be well mobilized in Toulouse.

A delegation from Aveyron is expected to invest in the Pink City in the early evening, around 5 p.m. Mobilized the day before in front of the prefecture, the demonstrators made their demands heard before announcing their arrival in Toulouse this Wednesday.

8:30 a.m. – The airport sector disrupted

The roads leading to Toulouse-Blagnac airport are experiencing disruptions this Wednesday morning. This is one of the areas where Capitol Market traders wanted to make their discontent heard.

7:50 a.m. – Sectors already in difficulty

Early this Wednesday morning, traffic is already slowed down in several areas around the Pink City:

  • on the A64, near Portet-sur-Garonneit takes around forty minutes to reach the ring road after ;

7:30 a.m. – Snail operations announced

Difficulties which could be reinforced by snail operations in Toulouse. The mobilization was announced by several of our colleagues, notably La Dépêche du Midi. Merchants at the Capitol Market want to protest against the expansion of the Christmas market, which creates location problems for them.

Meetings are planned this Wednesday morning until 11 a.m., boulevard de Suisse, at La Faourette, but also at Toulouse-Blagnac airport.

7 a.m. – Farmers still mobilized

Another mobilization at the heart of the news, that of farmers. At the Spanish border, and more precisely at Fos (Haute-Garonne), a large-scale dam will be organized by the Rural Coordination (CR), 3rd agricultural union. “We are going to block all trucks coming from Spain to protest against the Mercosur treaty,” detailed Didier Carossetreasurer of CR31, interviewed by Toulouse News.
