Police officers, equipped with armored vehicles, are then positioned between the firefighters and the farmers to prevent a resurgence.

After this episode, tension fell slightly between the demonstrators and the police. The farmers in the yellow hats still stayed all night before resuming action this Wednesday, November 20. “We are going to go to strategic points like purchasing centers and join our colleagues, some of whom are already there,” promised José Pérez this Tuesday evening.

A gathering is planned for 9 a.m. in Agen to organize the operations. According to several sources, farmers could go to , but also to or even Mont-de-Marsan.
