The Vice President took off from Washington yesterday. Stopover in Los Angeles before landing on the island of Kauai where she is staying with her husband Doug Emhoff. On the agenda today: nothing. In any case, nothing official. It looks like a vacation.
Before Hawaii, his schedule in Washington was super light. His diary has been empty for several days. Briefings, meetings but without the press and no public events. In fact it seems that Kamala Harris is slowly taking the time to catch her breath and her spirits after the defeat, with her family.

She laughs with what appears to be a glass of white next to her, a glass which has attracted a lot of attention from the anti-Harris people who were extremely shocked to see the Vice President playing with children and at the same time drinking alcohol… you don’t think about it! What’s next for her, at 60?
She can return home to California. The governor’s position becomes vacant in two years, but there are already a good half dozen Democratic candidates in the running, so it could be complicated.
