The Abbé Pierre Foundation attacks poor housing for children – Image

The Abbé Pierre Foundation, which will soon become “ The Foundation », tackles a major social emergency: the poor housing of children. In , more than 2,000 children live on the streets. Across Europe, 400,000 find themselves homeless. In this context, and as winter approaches, the Foundation, accompanied by the Fred & Farid agency, has just unveiled its new awareness campaign. Deployed from November 20, it includes a 7-minute short film available in 3 spots (60, 30 and 15 seconds), a display device as well as a digital relay on social networks and in the newsletter of the Foundation.

The short film, with a very cinematic approach, invites us to discover the daily life of Adem, a young boy whose life changes after the expulsion of his family, who finds himself temporarily in emergency accommodation. Beyond this very precarious situation, this short film reveals the different consequences on the daily life of a child losing his bearings, but also on his mental health. The film still ends with a glimmer of hope, thanks to access to stable housing.
