TDOR gathering
Wednesday November 20
6:30 p.m. place Félix-Poulat
We call for participation in the TDOR rally on “trans day of
remembrance” or trans remembrance day, this Wednesday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m.
place Félix-Poulat.
This day is the commemoration of all trans people who have died or
murdered every year because of reactionary policies
transphobic in France and around the world.
When it is not physical violence that kills, it is the precariousness of
living conditions due to exclusion and discrimination.
This year has been particularly marked by violent murders
against sex workers, spouses and lynchings.
Particularly in the United States where the newly elected Donald Trump based his
election campaign on racism and violence against people
trans.
- Everyone must immediately be able to change their civil status freely and free of charge;
- Stopping forced operations and medications for intersex people;
- Stopping the confinement and isolation of trans people.
We have to fight and organize to obtain all this, let's join the associations that are leading these fights.
Solidarity is a weapon and it protects us.
This gathering is called by RITA asso at 6:30 p.m. place Félix-Poulat (Grenoble), you can find their website here: https://assorita.org/
