The 2025 Nissan Armada gets a facelift with a new twin-turbo V6 engine and a PRO-4X version built for adventure. In Canada, the starting price of the large SUV is set at $84,998.
Nissan Armada 2025 – what’s new?
Launched in 2003, the Armada celebrates its 22nd year with significant updates, including performance, comfort and off-road capabilities.
First, the 2025 Armada ditches the V8 and adopts a new 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine developing 425 horsepower, a 20-horsepower increase over the previous engine. Mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission, this engine promises better acceleration and increased fuel efficiency.

Then, for adventure enthusiasts, the all-new PRO-4X version is ready for off-road thanks to ground clearance raised by 2.1 inches, all-terrain tires, an improved approach angle, skid plates and an electronically locking differential.
Towing capacity is set at 8,500 pounds.
Interior of the 2025 Nissan Armada
In addition to its improved performance, the 2025 Armada offers a more spacious and luxurious interior. The Armada SL is equipped with two 12.3-inch screens (one for the dashboard and a touchscreen for infotainment), while the PRO-4X, Platinum and Platinum Reserve versions benefit from 14. 3 inches for an even more immersive user experience.
Passengers can enjoy a 12-speaker Klipsch Premium audio system, and Google integration allows access to apps like Google Maps, Google Assistant, and the Play Store directly from the dashboard.
The Platinum Reserve version includes front seats with massage function, adaptive electronic air suspension and 22-inch wheels, enriching the driving experience with increased comfort and better handling.
Interior space has been increased, providing more legroom for passengers in all three rows. In addition, the cargo space is more generous.

Technologies for Nissan Armada 2025
The 2025 Armada is equipped with cutting-edge driver assistance technologies. The top-of-the-line version includes ProPILOT Assistance 2.1 as standard, allowing semi-autonomous highway driving, linked navigation that adjusts speed according to the route and automatic lane change. The other versions include version 1.1 of ProPilot.
Nissan Safety Shield 360 is included as standard, with features such as automatic emergency braking, blind-spot warning and rear cross-traffic alert. Advanced camera technologies, such as the invisible hood view, improve peripheral visibility.
