The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) announced Tuesday the arrest of two suspects in connection with the murder of cryptocurrency influencer Kevin Mirshahi, whose body was found in a park in the north of the island of Montreal, at end of October.
Darius Perry, 27, of Châteauguay and Nackael Hickey, 26, of Montreal are expected to appear Tuesday at the Valleyfield courthouse to face charges of accessory to the murder after the fact of Kevin Mirshahi and forcible confinement of three other people
specified the SQ.

The 25-year-old cryptocurrency influencer was kidnapped on June 21 in Old Montreal, along with three other people.
Two months after the kidnapping, on August 22, a 32-year-old woman from Les Cèdres was arrested and charged with premeditated murder and forcible confinement.
On October 30, the body of Kevin Mirshahi was found on the bank of the Rivière des Prairies at Île-de-la-Visitation park, in Montreal, by city employees. Analyzes ofADN carried out on the body allowed the police to confirm the identity of the victim.
One of the suspects arrested Tuesday, Nackael Hickey, had already appeared after a violent shooting that occurred on August 4 in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, during which a father was shot and injured while trying to protect his children.
