“The flames were impressive”

“I was woken up around 3 a.m. in the night by the sound of an explosion. My car was on fire, the flames were impressive and spread to the trees.” It was a neighbor who alerted the emergency services. They managed to contain the disaster. But the vehicle was completely burned. This van was only two years old. There would appear to be little doubt about the voluntary origin of the disaster.

Already the fourth complaint

One more incident in the list of facts noted by the retiree, who lives alone. “I have already filed three complaints for trespassing, theft and damage,” she says. “In August, while I was on vacation, my house was squatted. And an individual bothers me regularly. Since then, all this has happened to me. And again, I didn't file a complaint about everything. A few days ago, my mailbox was damaged. When I was woken up by the sounds of the fire, I thought it was the squatters returning. I had also parked my car like this to prevent anyone from passing through. »

The retiree provided the elements and her suspicions when she filed a complaint this Monday at the police station. She talks about reprisals. A police investigation should be carried out.
