Award ceremony for employment and people leaving the RSA

As part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, an awards ceremony took place late yesterday morning on behalf of H'emploi.

This structure, which celebrated its fifth anniversary, only takes care of people receiving RSA, 37% of whom have been receiving it for around twenty years. They are on RSA but also experience health problems.
“In active queue, that represents 140 people and we can follow for two years,” says Éric Meseguer, director of service offerings and development at Prophée Cher.
From experimental, the system was implemented and developed. There is now H'accompaniment and H'diagnosis since last July.

Since H'emploi began, 224 people have benefited from it and 145 have left the RSA system. “The goal is already to listen, to carry out test phases, to activate the departmental integration program by working on the professional project and the training organizations,” indicates Éric Meseguer.
For the award ceremony, Saint-Germain-du-Puy received a trophy for having hired a man in the green spaces department. n
