Tanzania – Guinea: Match time rescheduled

Following their victory against DR Congo on Saturday, the Guinea national team, Syli National, will face the Taifa Stars of Tanzania on Tuesday, November 19, at the Benjamin Mkapa national stadium, during the sixth and final day of the World Cup qualifiers. Africa of Nations 2025.

The schedule for this crucial match, vital to securing second place and qualification in Group H, has been modified by the Confederation of African (CAF).

Originally scheduled for 19:00 GMT, kick-off will now take place at 13:00 GMT.

“The Confederation of African Football has informed the Guinean Football Federation, by correspondence, that due to renovation work on the lighting system at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium in Dar es Salaam, the schedule of the Tanzania-Guinea match initially scheduled for Tuesday November 19, 2024, has been modified. Initially scheduled for 7:00 p.m. GMT, kick-offs will therefore take place at 1:00 p.m. GMT,” announced the Guinean Football Federation.
