This Île-de- bakery and pastry shop wins the 2024 best macaron prize

Still looking for something sweet to sink your teeth into? After the best croissant and the best pain au chocolat, it’s time for the best macaron in the region. This typically French pastry was the subject of a competition, during which the department of Seine-et- and the Union of Bakers of Greater took on the difficult task of awarding gold, silver or bronze medals to those who make us melt the most with pleasure. And to find this famous winning macaron, it's on the side of Val-d'Oise that we will have to surrender, in the bakeries and pastries La Pelle & La Toque.

Addresses that shine in the department

From the top of its two addresses, one at and the other to L’Isle-AdamLa Pelle & La Toque delights the local residents. Created by Anthony and Laurine Regainethe two stores have already stood out during numerous competitions. As clearly stated Paris SecretLa Pelle & La Toque has already obtained the gold and silver medal for the Best Pastry in Val-d’Oiseas well as first place for Best Tradition in the department. She also won hands down the competition for the Best Croissant in Val-d'Oise. Everything you need to make our mouths water!

4 prizes awarded for their macaroons

The two addresses of La Pelle & La Toque have just landed two gold medals and two bronze medals for their macaroons. In detail, it is lemon-mint creation from Lofti in the Sannois store which won first place in the “innovative macaroon” category with all the right acidity and freshness. The gourmand chocolate macaron by Jérémy from the L'Isle-Adam boutique also obtains the gold medal. On the bronze side, it's the chocolate macaroon (also) from Lofti and the foie gras and fig macaroon which win. Enough to keep us salivating until our next getaway to Val-d'Oise!
