How do I create a DMP on my health space?
Since July 1, 2021, it is no longer possible to create a new DMP on the DMP.fr website. For create your medical profilepolicyholders of the National Health Insurance Fund must on the site orMy Health Space application. It is also possible to entrust this mission to your pharmacist, your doctor, a trusted person or to your health insurance fund.
To register, bring your vital card, an email address and a telephone number.
- Go to the site interface.
- Click on “Receive a provisional code”. Retrieve it from your email or by SMS.
- Once the code is registered and activated, complete the requested administrative information.
- Choose to continue the process or refuse it*, enter your contact details and save your username and password.
As soon as your account is activated, provide your administrative and medical information by following the list of sections proposed in the “medical” tab.

How do I update my file on My Health Space?
The interface is organized into nine specific sections into which to classify documents. This tree structure facilitates the traceability of information according to the indication of its author and its filing date.
