These are therefore two bodies which were found on the public highwayin less than 24 hours, in the same sector of Saint-Aubin-lès-Elbeuf.

Before that of a woman found in the water, in the marina, that of a man had been found, on Wednesday November 13, 2024, at Chemin de Halage.

Found sitting on a rock

Around 10:40 a.m., emergency police were alerted, after the discovery ofa deceased man.

On site, the police discovered “a man sitting on a rock, leaning forward, in a state of rigor mortis,” according to a police source. Which means that the death, confirmed on site by Samu, had not just occurred.

Next to the body of this 44 year old manwho resided in Elbeuf, the police noted the presence of a box of red wine.

If the natural cause is currently favored, an investigation is still underway to understand the causes of this death.
