It’s home game day for the Ottawa Senators for the Indigenous Culture Celebration Evening, presented by Indigenous Tourism Ontario. The Philadelphia Flyers are in town for the first of three matchups between these two teams this season. The puck will drop for tonight’s game at 7 p.m. (ET) and tickets are on sale HERE.
Fans who are unable to be there will be able to follow the match on RDS2 or TSN5 or on the radio on Unique FM or TSN 1200.
The Senators will look to snap their first three-game winning streak this season after beating the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins on the road.
Tuesday night’s 3-0 victory in Toronto gave goaltender Linus Ullmark his ninth career shutout as the Swedish netminder stopped all 27 shots aimed at him. Forward Shane Pinto returned to the lineup on his 24th birthday after missing the previous eight games due to injury. Defenseman Artem Zub had two assists while forward Tim Stützle scored a goal in his 300th career NHL game.
Tim Stützle is currently the best German player in NHL history with 267 points (98 goals and 169 assists) since the start of his career.
