National campaign director for the referendum campaign, Raymond Ndong Sima in Franceville went to Franceville in the province of Haut Ogooué to mobilize the troops and encourage the populations of this south-eastern part of the country to vote reluctantly for “yes » during the referendum scheduled for November 16.

For Raymond Ndong Sima, the new constitution which will be submitted for popular approval thus strengthens the rule of law, improves fundamental rights and freedoms, and modernizes institutions for better governance. It reflects, he insisted, the deep aspirations of the Gabonese people as a whole for solid institutions and more transparent and inclusive governance mechanisms, capable of responding to contemporary challenges.

“Saturday November 16, get up to vote”he insisted.

The new fundamental law will, according to him, guarantee a “better balance of powers, strengthen social justice and promote citizen participation in the management of the nation”.

Accompanied by the National Coordination and the team of members of the Provincial Coordination, he encouraged the Gabonese to mobilize for this hopeful project by participating massively in the vote on Saturday, November 16.
