The two victims of Douanenez, last Saturday, were killed by stabbing, France Bleu Breizh Izel learned from the public prosecutor's office in (Finistère), which communicated this Wednesday the conclusions of the autopsies carried out on two men, who died in Tréboul. It is now under a criminal classification that the investigation will continue.

The first victim died on the spot after the arrival of the police from a cardio-respiratory arrest. He had wounds on his chest corresponding to around fifteen stab wounds. He was unable to speak before his death but managed to escape from the burning home. He is a 44-year-old man, known to the courts for having already driven under the influence of drugs and who had been the victim of violent robbery.

The second person discovered was difficult to identify due to the fire. The autopsy revealed that this disabled sixty-year-old had been stabbed to death. The weapon used is probably the same as for the first victim, the prosecution further specifies. He was bedridden every day and was also known for drug trafficking and for having also been the victim of violent theft. He could regularly welcome people who were idle, looking for drugs and were often drunk, which caused many neighborhood disturbances.

A knife with traces of blood and a lighter were discovered near the burned apartment, the DNA traces only correspond to the two dead men. As these are murders or assassinations, the Quimper public prosecutor's office has relinquished responsibility for the benefit of the criminal department of the public prosecutor's office which will open a judicial investigation.
