A 32-year-old man was arrested on a train near Toulon on Tuesday, suspected of having killed a homeless man in the center of Lyon on Monday with a cinder block. He was the subject of an arrest warrant for attempted murder and murder.
According to information from Parisianhe was arrested by the police after attacking a woman on a train which had just left Saint Charles station in Marseille. The victim, who was returning to his seat, received several punches and kicks from this individual, who was traveling without a ticket, and reported this to the controllers.

Wanted for three other murders
Six days later, on the night of November 11 to 12, a homeless man was killed with a cinder block in the center of Lyon. The scene was also recorded by video surveillance. The images show an individual striking the homeless man in the head, exactly as happened in Rotterdam, according to the prosecution, cited by the daily. An investigation into murder has been opened.
Always according to The Parisianthis same suspect was also wanted for three other murders which took place in Evry, Strasbourg and Dijon. He was taken into custody Tuesday evening.
