Tuesday in Arroyo Seco marked the start of the mandate of the new coach of Rosario Central. He has a week of training ahead of him before the match against Estudiantes in La Plata, scheduled for Wednesday 20.
In this first training session, Ariel Holan led his team as manager of Rosario Central into the Arroyo Seco facility. Following his official presentation on Monday, he rolled up his sleeves to prepare for his debut which will take place on Wednesday 20 against Estudiantes in La Plata, as part of the 23rd day of the Liga Profesional de Fútbol.
The practice took place in the morning in the neighboring town, south of Rosario, marking the first meeting on the field between the former Independiente coach and the Auriazule players. They have several days of training ahead of them, as the local championship will not be held next weekend due to the double date of the South American qualifiers.

Holan’s technical staff includes Cristian Ferlauto and Favio Fernández (who assisted Pablo Sánchez during his tenure at Canalla) as assistant coaches, while the physical trainer is Alexis Olariaga (Miguel Quiroga will continue as assistant physical trainer).
On the other hand, Agustín Mendoza and Tomás Verrina are the video analysts, working in collaboration with those who already occupied this role within the club.
“I don’t have a fixed team. I adapt to the profile of the players. However, I like the team to have associations and to be organized in the opposing camp, especially at home. We have to work hard to avoid that impatience pushes us to look for the second goal before the first,” said the coach during the press conference on Monday regarding the style of play he wants to implement.

Central will enter the match against Estudiantes with a weakened defensive structure, as they will still be without their usual central defenders, Carlos Quintana and Facundo Mallo, who are both injured. However, they will have striker Marco Ruben back after a one-match suspension.
