The CEO of the American oil group ExxonMobil, who traveled to Baku for COP29, the United Nations climate conference, explains to The Wall Street Journal “that President-elect Donald Trump should not withdraw the United States from international agreements to mitigate climate change.” The industrialist is thus opposed “to the new administration on an essential political subject”notes the economic daily.
