Direct Impact Solutions honored at the Best Business Practices Show

A service company specializing in the creation of tailor-made software, the SME Direct Impact Solutions was awarded a Mention during the Québec Performance Awards (PPQ) for the quality of its management and its overall performance.

The Quebec Quality Movement (MQQ) brought together some 3,000 business leaders and economic stakeholders on November 7 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal as part of the 32e edition of the Best Business Practices Show, the most important event dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in Canada.

Highest distinction

The eight PPQs awarded on this occasion represent the highest distinction awarded by the Government of Quebec to private companies and public organizations, highlighting best management practices. Prizes are awarded using a world-class judging model.

“I congratulate Direct Impact Solutions for this Mention which adds to a long list of recognitions obtained since its creation,” indicated in a press release the Member of Parliament for Laval-des-Rapides and president of the CAQ regional caucus, Céline Haytayan. Through its educational partnerships and its eco-responsible actions, the information technology company represents superb added value for the Laval business community.

For his colleague Christopher Skeete, Minister Delegate for the Economy and Minister responsible for the Laval region, the Quebec Performance Awards encourage SMEs “to innovate in terms of management practices” and “thus reward their efforts in this quest for Excellency”.

Direct Impact Solutions has some 30 employees based in Canada, the United States and , where they support companies in their digital transformation.

PPQ 2025

The call for applications for the 2025 PPQ is underway, underlines the Quebec Quality Movement. Simple to complete, the nomination form must be sent no later than February 27 to [email protected]. Interested organizations will have until March 27 to submit their application.
