Israel has suffered several missile and drone attacks in recent hours, notably from Iraq and Yemen. The weekend was deadly in Gaza and Lebanon.

The Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen have claimed responsibility for this morning’s ballistic missile launch against the Jewish state.
In a statement, the group said it had targeted the IDF base Sorek in central Israel. Located near Jerusalem, it houses the army’s munitions center.
The Israeli military claimed that the missile was successfully intercepted by air defenses. Missile debris fell on the town of Bet Shemesh. Israeli firefighters worked to put out fires in the area.
During the night, the Israeli army declared that it had managed to shoot down four drones launched towards Israel from Iraqi territory.
Two of the drones were intercepted before entering Israeli airspace, the army said.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, backed by Iran, claimed responsibility for launching the drones.
In the Gaza Strip
In Gaza, the Israeli army announced that it had expanded the designated “humanitarian zone” in the south where the vast majority of the Palestinian population of the Gaza Strip has settled. It is in this area that humanitarian aid is delivered and several field hospitals have been set up.
The size of the area has changed several times, depending on the IDF’s operations against Hamas. This further expansion of the zone comes as the Israeli army carries out operations against the terrorist group in Jabalia, in northern Gaza.
The Palestinian civil defense of the enclave announced the death of 30 people, including 13 children, killed in two Israeli air strikes on two separate houses in the Gaza Strip.
Late Sunday evening, an Israeli strike also hit a tent sheltering a displaced family in the Nusseirat refugee camp located in the center of the Gaza Strip. At least three people were killed, and 24 others were injured and transported at the hospital.
Palestinians reported intensive shelling and heavy weapons fire late Sunday in the western areas of the camp.
In Lebanon
At least 23 people were killed this Sunday, November 10, in an Israeli strike targeting Aalmat, a Shiite town located in a predominantly Christian region. north of Beirutindicated the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
In the east, near the Syrian border, at least twelve people were killed in bombings in the region of Baalbekparticularly targeted in recent days.
The total toll over the weekend stands at 41 deaths in Lebanon according to the Ministry of Health.
In Western Galileearound fifteen rockets fired from Lebanon left 3 people injured. Galileo Medical Center Nahariya said the victims arrived at the hospital after being injured by a strike in the Kibbutz Kabri area.
