The provincial coordinator of the referendum campaign in Haut Ogooué, Jeannot Kalima, during a mega meeting held in Franceville, called on all the populations of the 4 districts of the provincial capital and the 11 departments to vote “yes” in the next referendum scheduled for November 16, 2024.
“The yes of Haut Ogooué must hover over the entire national territory”, launched Mr. Kalima, subsequently calling on his brothers and sisters in the province to an unprecedented mobilization to make history.
The campaign launched this Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the CES Mamadou Lewo Gymnasium in the town of Franceville mobilized people. Young people, adults and old alike flocked from the four corners of the city to come and listen to the message of hope for a bright future.
For Jeannot Kalima, the new constitution which will be submitted for approval to the Gabonese people on November 16, aims “to strengthen political stability, the independence of justice and good governance in Gabon”.
The campaign coordination for Haut Ogooué did not fail to announce the continuation of the campaign in the 11 departments of the province until November 15. Potential voters were called upon to collect their voting cards in order to vote massively on voting day for “yes” to win.
