A Russian attack on Odessa and its suburbs on the night of November 9 left at least one dead and 13 injured.

One person was killed and 13 others injured, including two children, in a nighttime drone attack in the region ofOdessain the south of Ukraine.
This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Kiper, and the National Emergency Situations Service. Eight people were hospitalized, while other injured people were treated at the scene.
Local media report a large fire which broke out in a residential building following falling debris.
In addition, other houses and warehouses of a private company were damaged in the area, around fifteen cars caught fire.
The prosecutor’s office has opened a preliminary investigation into the “violation of the laws and customs of war“.
The Russian army bombed Kharkiv again
The city of Kharkivwhere the day before 25 people were injured during a Russian strike, was again attacked by a “guided missilereported Oleh Synyehubov, head of the region.
A two-story residential building, a gas station, a supermarket under construction were affected, as well as trolleybus contact lines were damaged. No casualties have been reported, according to the regional manager.
According to the city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov, the shells partially destroyed one of the busiest roads in Ukraine’s second city.
According to the command of the Ukrainian Air Force, the Russians attacked Ukraine with more than 50 drones during the night from Saturday to Sunday, of which 32 were shot.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian armed forces carried out 38 “group strikes“with weapons of”high precision” and attack drones against enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, energy facilities used to supply the Ukrainian armed forces, and infrastructure of the Ukrainian army.
Moscow also claimed that 50 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over seven Russian regions on the night of November 9.
Borrell in Kyiv for farewell visit
Josep Borrell arrived in Kyiv for his fifth and final visit since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion as the EU’s high representative for foreign affairs and security policy.
“EU support for Ukraine has been my personal priority during my mandate and will remain at the top of the EU agenda“, he declared on X, posting a photo.
Josep Borrell’s term expires on December 1. Former Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kalla will succeed the Spaniard at the head of European diplomacy.
