Finally, let's be honest, few people follow the recommendations to the letter. Daisy Jones chose not to stick to the guidelines by increasing her daily water intake. She therefore chose to drink 2.5 liters of water per day in order to see results. And the least we can say is that the first days were not easy for her. “For the first liter of the day, it’s okay. It’s after the second that it gets complicated” she explains. She adds that drinking this much water daily simply keeps her from snacking all day. The effects on her body are felt after the third day as she begins to see improvements in terms of energy. “I'm generally much more alert and focused throughout the day. Not excessively, like when you drink a lot of caffeine. It's more that my thoughts are able to organize themselves perfectly without tiring me out. I'm more productive and certainly less slow” says Daisy Jones.

If the impact on your daily well-being is undeniable, the results on your skin are a little more mixed. After a week, she simply noticed that her complexion was brighter and her features less tired. So there is no need to drink more than you should, to have beautiful skin, you just need to follow the usual recommendations.
