Christian Ebongo publishes the work “Sterile women from yesterday to today, from sterility to motherhood”

The Congolese writer Christian Ebongo presented, a few days ago, his work entitled: “Sterile women from yesterday to today, from sterility to motherhood”, in ().

He made this presentation during the first edition of the Fertility Fair, organized by NG Corporation on the sidelines of World Fertility Day, celebrated on November 2 each year.

In this 126-page book, published by Plume et vie, Christian Ebongo recommends good medical care to couples experiencing procreation difficulties.

He asked them to avoid consuming food or drinks containing endocrine factors as it causes sterility.

The author aims to educate readers on the causes of infertility, treatment options, pregnancy management thus contributing to a better understanding of this often taboo subject within African families.

« Several reasons motivated me to write, including sharing information about sterility, sharing experiences after experiencing sterility in my relationship for 4 years in order to show the public that it is possible to cure it. . I also wanted to raise awareness about the psychological and emotional complications that infertility can cause. ,” explained Christian Ebongo.

The author says he dedicated this work to his son whom he considers to be the fruit of God’s fidelity to their couple.

For Christian Ebongo, sterility or infertility is considered a taboo subject in Africa due to various cultural, emotional and personal factors.
