The Marseille rapper Naps is in turmoil. For several months, the life of the interpreter of “The S is square” is turned upside down by a dirty affair. Accused of violNaps even made a stint in prison and must now prepare to face the tribunal. Faced with rumors and media noise, he finally decided to break the silence with a communiqué published on social networks. And his message did not leave people indifferent!
In this press release, Naps begins by explaining its choice of silence.
“From the start, I made the choice never to communicate on current matters, in order to preserve the integrity and serenity of the procedures,” he declares.
There is no question for him of going into details, but he would like to point out that he is innocent until proven guilty.
“I have contested, from the start, all of the accusations against me,” insists the rapper.
Naps is well aware that the media context plays against him, but he remains focused:
“Obviously, I remain presumed innocent, no decision on conviction having been made to date.” No condemnation, but determination to prove that he has nothing to reproach himself for. “I will continue to be at the entire disposal of the judicial authority,” he adds.

And, true to its style, Naps ends with a touch of Marseille humor: “And know one thing, it’s that I’m SERENE TARPIN!!” Despite the pressure and the criticism, he remains calm. Moreover, he reminds his fans that he is working on a new album who comes strong: “It's recording loudly!! Okay Okay!!”
But while some fans are still there to support him, Naps' message didn't have the desired effect for everyone. On the networks, many Internet users are ironic about the press release which was “made under balloon and 8.6”.
